ERoSH is a national consortium of sheltered and retirement housing providers.
Our trustees and executive members are drawn from leading providers and organisations within the sheltered and retirement housing sector and have a wealth of knowledge and experience. They are available for external conferences and events to on direct and related issues affecting the sector.

Jo McTavish is a freelance housing consultant specialising in the sheltered and supported housing sector. She previously worked as Assistant Director of Supported Housing for the Hyde Group. Jo is a trustee and Chair of ERoSH. She was until recently chair of its Regional Network committee. Jo is an advisor/assessor for CSHS' Code of Practice and a member of the editorial board of CSHS' 'Heart' magazine. For the last three years, Jo has worked with the Chartered Institute of Housing, planning and chairing the CIH South East Older People's Services conferences. Jo is a board member of a small housing association with stock in London and the South East.

Jill Hasler has been an active member of ERoSH since the early days, together with Dilys Page she wrote the original project report “The Emerging Role of The Warden” in 1998. She continues to contribute by serving on the ERoSH Collaboration and Development Committee and is a member of the London and Waltham Forest Regional Networks. Sheltered housing is one of Jill’s main specialisms as a trainer and consultant with her own company Hasler Training Associates. Jill also works closely with the Centre for Housing Support (CHS), as a joint author of their Good Practice Guide on Effective Resident Consultation and Involvement in Sheltered Housing, trainer and speaker. Working for the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Jill wrote their Guide to Making Complaints for Sheltered Housing Residents. Jill is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars and particularly enjoys facilitating discussions and workshop events. She is a Board Member of Enfield Homes, an ALMO.

Imogen Parry has been a social worker, a senior lecturer in social policy and a senior policy manager for a housing association. She co-authored "Sheltered and Retirement Housing - a good practice guide" (CIH, 2005). Imogen is a founder member of ERoSH and is the Director of Policy. Imogen also works as an independent sheltered housing consultant and trainer and specialises in Supporting People, adult protection, tenant consultation and policy/strategy reviews of sheltered housing.

Derek Wells is an ERoSH trustee and a tenant and board member of Waltham Forest Housing Association. He is a primary school governor with experience of intergenerational projects as well as a regular contributor to housing and older people,Aeos publications as a columnist and cartoonist. He has lived in sheltered housing for 11 years and has found opportunities to expand interests and use his considerable experience within Waltham Forest,Aeos projects and involvement with ERoSH.
