ERoSH is a national consortium of sheltered and retirement housing providers.

Our trustees and executive members are drawn from leading providers and organisations within the sheltered and retirement housing sector and have a wealth of knowledge and experience. They are available for external conferences and events to on direct and related issues affecting the sector.

Jo McTavish is a freelance housing consultant specialising in the sheltered and supported housing sector. She previously worked as Assistant Director of Supported Housing for the Hyde Group. Jo is a trustee and Chair of ERoSH. She was until recently chair of its Regional Network committee. Jo is an advisor/assessor for CSHS' Code of Practice and a member of the editorial board of CSHS' 'Heart' magazine. For the last three years, Jo has worked with the Chartered Institute of Housing, planning and chairing the CIH South East Older People's Services conferences. Jo is a board member of a small housing association with stock in London and the South East.

Rebecca Mollart is part-time interim Director of Policy for ERoSH. She has worked in housing for over 20 years and is now a freelance consultant. Previously, Rebecca was Deputy Director at the Centre for Housing and Support (CHS) responsible for further/higher education, Code of Practice and good practice. Before CHS, Rebecca was Training Manager at the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) responsible for national/in-house training.

She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Institute for Learning and specialises in sheltered/supported housing, skills training and housing education. Rebecca is qualified teacher and has a postgraduate diploma in housing. She is Vice-Chair of G3 (Rooftop Housing Group) which provides housing related support services and is also working part-time as Assessment Manager at the Chartered Institute of Housing.
