ERoSH and CSHS announce prestigious lineup of judges for 2006 competition

Following the launch of 'Sheltered housing: a sure start to later life' national competition, ERoSH and CSHS have announced the line up judges who will determine the six regional winners and overall 'Scheme Manager of the Year'.

They are:

2. Caroline Bernard, Policy & Communications Manager, Counsel and Care
3. Jeremy Porteus, Department of Health
4. Caroline Thorpe, Inside Housing magazine
5. Lesley Rattue, Lifestyle Promoter, Testway Housing (2005 Through the Ages category winner)
6. Lucy Cooper, ERoSH Chair and Assistant Director, StepForward (MHT)
7. Pauline Hanson, Scheme Manager, Goldsborough Estates (2005 Scheme Manager of the Year category winner)
8. Professor Judith Phillips, University of Wales, Swansea
9. Rebecca Mollart, Deputy Director, Centre for Sheltered Housing Studies
10. Sally Knocker, Director of Communications, NAPA (National Association for Providers of Activities for Older People)
11. Simeon Brody, Community Care magazine
12. Stephen Clarke, Department for Communities and Local Government

Judging will commence following the Competition's deadline of Friday 6 October 2006. Short-listed winners can then look forward to a prestigious awards ceremony in December 2006. A prize of £500 will be given to the overall winner, 'Scheme Manager of the Year'.
