ERoSH supports Memory Walk
In September, thousands of walkers will take to their local streets, parks and seafronts to raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer's Society by participating in one of over 200 Memory Walks in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
One in three people over 65 will end their life with a form of dementia and many will spend their final years in a care home. The Alzheimer's Society provides care, research and campaign for people living with dementia and those who care for them, but it can only continue to do this with your support.
Once again, the national charity is inviting people to take part in their local Memory Walk or to organise their own Memory Walk to support people with dementia and their carers in their local communities. The Society wants to encourage as many people as possible - young and older - to get involved in Memory Walk, and so benefit more people living with dementia.

Comedienne, Jo Brand is fronting the campaign. More information on local Memory Walks can be found on the Memory Walk website - www.memorywalk.org.uk
