Successes of 2009 celebrated at ERoSH AGM

ERoSH's Annual General Meeting (AGM) celebrated the organisation's success in the past year, bringing together representatives from the ERoSH network.

Members, trustees, co-optees and associates came together at the meeting on Tuesday, April 27 at the Diana Princess of Wales Memorial Fund offices at County Hall, London.

Hon secretary Linda Milton chaired the AGM and welcomed everyone and then Jo McTavish Chair of ERoSH gave her annual report which gave an overview of the successes throughout the year for ERoSH.

Jo's summary highlighted the work of the regional networks in promoting mental health and well-being through a series of events, as well as the launch of the Election Manifesto to set out the organisation's priorities for the next Government.

Commenting on the imminent general election, Jo explained that the public sector will see major spending cuts which will affect members but the membership organisation should continue to work strongly together to support and share examples of best practice.
