Examples of best practice sought
The Centre for Housing and Support (CHS) is asking for examples of best practice in the assessment and support planning process.
Following a survey amongst people receiving its enewsletter the CHS has decided to update its Good Practice Guide ‘Assessment and Support Planning'.
They would now like your examples of good practice in relation to any aspect of the assessment and support planning process.
Some of the headings it is looking for information on include:
• The Benefits you have found from Support Planning
• Needs and Risk Assessment done well
• Designing the Support Plan
• The best ways to organise Support Planning Meetings
• Your experiences of working successfully with other agencies
• Good training experiences for Support Planning
All contributions will be acknowledged in the publication, and examples from across the UK including Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales are welcome. You can email Carol Wardle.
