Guest speakers for west midlands network
Members in the west midlands are coming together in June for an ERoSH west midlands regional network meeting.
The network is meeting on Friday, June 18 at Waterloo Housing, Solihull, from 2pm to 4.30pm.
Guest speakers are CIH senior policy officer Sarah Davis and Chris Jones, who is assistant manager (supported housing) at Waterloo Housing Association with responsibility for retirement living and disability issues.
Sarah will be talking about the implications of the election on sheltered and supported housing.
Chris will explain about the role of the well-being co-ordinator at Waterloo which it has been able to put in place as a result of joint working with Staffordshire Supporting People.
There will be an optional tour of Brunswick House, a sheltered scheme at Waterloo Housing, for people attending the network meeting.
